This web site and all materials on it are the property of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Foundation (the "Aquarium"). The only exceptions are copyrighted images and other materials owned by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and others, which are so indicated. This site and all materials on it are protected under United States copyright laws, which give creators of original works of authorship the exclusive right to use their works for a limited period of time. Monterey Bay Aquarium, Aquaravan, Aquarium Adventures, Center for the Future of the Oceans, Conservation Through Education, Cooking for Solutions, E-QUARIUM, Fishing for Solutions, Flippers, Flukes & Fun, Jellies: Living Art, Mysteries of the Deep, Seafood Watch, Sharks: Myth and Mystery, Shorelines, Splash Zone and design, Vanishing Wildlife and design, Wild About Otters, the circular kelp logo, the fish van logo, and the penguin logo are trademarks of the Aquarium and may not be used for any purpose without the express written permission of the Aquarium.
