Printable pocket-size regional guides of sustainable seafood choices

What's for dinner? Our Pocket Guides help you decide.

When it comes to seafood, the choices you make have an impact and our pocket guides can help you make choices that support healthy and abundant oceans.

Increase Awareness

Encourage your favorite restaurant to serve ocean- friendly seafood.

Let restaurants and grocers in your community know that you, their customer, care about where your seafood comes from. Leave our Become Aware cards, Thank You cards and Action cards behind next time you visit. It’s an easy way to share your point of view and to encourage businesses to shift their seafood purchases towards more sustainable choices.

Spread the word in your community.

Consumer Stories
Helene YorkWe're interested in a balance between protecting fishermen's traditional way of life and the impact on the fisheries. When I do presentations about Seafood Watch, I recommend that people choose three species on the green list and get to know how to cook and enjoy them and buy them in season.
